Happy Den Cleaning is a residential cleaning agency in and around the Chorley and Wigan areas.

We supply friendly, vetted and insured cleaners at a regular time that suits you.

 

Our Services

Weekly/Fortnightly Clean

  • Interview your cleaner before any cleaning commences.

  • Have the same cleaner for each scheduled clean and you can change your cleaner at any time.

  • Your regular cleaner is able to hold onto your house keys if you wish for the cleaning to take place when you are out of the house.

  • Our cleaners are fully vetted and insured for their visits.

  • Our house cleaner will use your preferred cleaning materials.

From £13 per hour

One-Off Deep Clean

  • Great for an end of tenancy clean or simply to get your home sparkling again.

  • No contract.

  • Services will take between 4-8 hours and use your cleaning materials.

  • Fully vetted and insured cleaning service.

£25 booking fee
+ £12 per hour

  • This depends on the size of your house and how many rooms. The matrix below should give a rough guide:

  • The hourly fee is made up of the cleaner's wage and agency fee. The cleaner's fee will vary from £9.50 - £12.25 per hour depending on experience and the agency fee will cost a fixed £3.75 per hour. Contact us for a free, no obligation quote.

  • You will only need to abide by the terms and conditions of the company. We just need 1 month notice if you wish to cancel.

  • Our process involves a telephone interview, a secondary follow up in-person or video interview, x2 reference checks and proof of ID to ensure right to work in the UK.

  • Certainly. We want to ensure you are happy and at ease with your cleaner. We will arrange a time to meet your cleaner at your home so you can discuss what you need cleaning and arrange a day and time for them to clean providing you are happy.

  • Please call and we will see if we can get a cleaner to cover.

  • We don't provide cleaners for these periods just yet and only provide services around office hours of 08:00 - 18:00 Mon - Friday.

  • We offer fortnightly or one-off cleans, but don't offer a monthly clean.

  • Our cleaners are vetted so are happy to hold on to your house keys. We provide a Key Receipt form for your cleaner to sign within our downloads section of this web page.

  • Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own materials and products. This allows our cleaners to use the products and brands you prefer around your house. Please note the cleaners are not permitted to use bleach for health and safety reasons.

  • If you aren't happy with your cleaner just give us a call: we will supply another cleaner.

  • Yes, our Public and Product Liability Insurance is covered up to a value of £2,000,000.
